Terms of Service

By creating an account or using soralab, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in EU/UK).
• One account per person. Don't share credentials. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Keep your email and password current — we use them for security alerts and password recovery.

soralab processes the images you upload. You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates anyone's rights, including IP or privacy.
• Depicts minors in sexual or violent contexts (we report CSAM to authorities).
• Is intended to deceive (e.g. non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, fraudulent identity documents).
• Promotes hate, harassment, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Is malware, contains executable code, or attempts to attack our systems or AI providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You own your inputs and outputs. soralab does not claim copyright on images you upload or images we generate for you.

You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service — temporarily storing your image, sending it to the AI provider you selected, and returning the result. Nothing more.

• Each service costs a fixed number of credits per job (shown in the workspace before you run it).
• Credits are deducted when you submit a job. If a job fails for a reason on our end, credits are refunded automatically.
• Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing — your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• Refund window: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription if you've used fewer than 50 credits. Email support@soralab.xyz with your order ID.
• Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and may charge local taxes (VAT/GST/sales) where required.

soralab depends on third-party AI providers. We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA on the free plan. Paid plans may include priority queue access and stricter uptime targets — see the pricing page.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. On deletion we remove your account data within 30 days (some billing records retained per tax law).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs vary in quality — we make no guarantee that every result will meet your expectations. Test on a small sample before relying on output for production work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, soralab's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption, etc.).

When we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes (e.g. pricing structure changes) we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to support@soralab.xyz go to the competent courts of your residence.
